Every order, every formula, every detail, handled with care. Whether you’re ordering your first month of Craft Complete or renewing your Custom program, our goal is to ensure fast, reliable delivery and a return process that’s as smooth as our science.

Delivery Information

We currently ship across the United States and internationally. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and typically arrive within 3–5 business days for U.S. customers. International orders may take 7–14 business days depending on customs and regional shipping carriers.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Options:

  • Standard Shipping (Free for Subscribers) – 3–5 business days
  • Expedited Shipping – 2–3 business days

Important: Craft Custom kits and formulas may require slightly longer delivery times due to lab processing and formulation. You’ll receive updates at every step.

Subscription Terms

Consistency builds results. Subscribe & Save makes it effortless to stay stocked on your Craft formulas.

Availability: Subscriptions are currently only available for off-the-shelf products

Subscribers receive:

  • 10% off every order
  • Free standard shipping
  • Monthly deliveries
  • Full control: Modify, pause, or cancel anytime through your Craft account

Billing: Your payment method will be automatically charged before each renewal. You’ll receive an email reminder 3 days before any upcoming order so you can make changes if needed.

Cancellation Policy: You can pause or cancel your subscription anytime through your account dashboard. No hidden fees, no penalties, just control over your performance plan.

Tax Rules (By State)

Sales tax is applied where required by law and based on the shipping address of your order. Tax rates vary by state and local jurisdiction. If your location requires sales tax on dietary supplements or personal wellness products, the applicable amount will automatically appear at checkout.

Customers in states without sales tax (such as Oregon, Montana, New Hampshire, and Delaware) will not be charged.

For international orders, customs duties and import taxes may apply based on your country’s regulations. These fees are not included in your Craft order and are the responsibility of the customer.

Return Policy

Craft products are designed with precision and care. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.

For Off-the-Shelf Products (Strength, Complete):

You can return unopened products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding shipping costs). Contact our team at support@craftmicrobiome.com for a return authorization before sending items back.

For Craft Custom:

Because each Custom formula is individually crafted based on your DNA and microbiome data, Custom orders are non-refundable once lab analysis has begun. However, if your kit arrives damaged or your product arrives defective, we’ll replace it at no cost.

Refund Processing:

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after returned products are received and inspected.

Damaged or Lost Shipments:

If your order is damaged or lost in transit, contact us immediately at support@craftmicrobiome.com with your order number. We’ll work quickly to resolve it.
